Q: What’s your mould quality?

A: We have different mould configuration as per customer’s requirement Like 3Cr17 china steel and Din.2316 Germany steel.

Q:  Are you manufacturing or trading company?

A: We are PVC and WPC extrusion mould manufacturer and also do trading of PVC products and mould accessories.  

Q: What’s your lead time?

A: It depends on our production arrangement and customer’s requirement, normally 35 working days.

Q:What’s your payment terms?  

A: we do 50% deposit and 50% balance. As mould is customized products not on stock product.

Q: What’s support you can give to us as i am new developer on this market?

A: we could suggest machine supplier/ product design /product formula and testing support.

Q: What’s your product warranty?

A: regular configuration mould enjoy 1 year warranty, high configuration mould enjoy 10 year warranty.

Q: How do you guarantee the mould quality

A: we have strict production and quality check department. We have our own testing workshop,we can make trial before mould delivery.
